We are committed to your full satisfaction so if something arrives damaged or not up to the standard we will fix it.
Please write what the issue is in the email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If there is a fault with a product that is not due to overuse or misuse then we are happy to send you a replacement or offer a refund. You will be required to send a photo of the faulty product to process this.
If there is a fault with a wheat pack you will need to send the original wheat pack back to us for our own compliance testing and once we receive it we will process the refund or send out a replacement.
